1. Equipment introduction


a.   Welding structure, divided to two chamber, cooling chamber and lubricant chamber; independent cooling water supply, adopt over flow structure; sealing cover on cooling chamber;install lubricant drawing powder stirrer , install cover on lubricant chamber

b.   Die box can be rotated to left, right, up and down; intall # type wire guide roller before die box

c.   Die fixing screw is made by copper alloy or stainless steel

d.   Optional wire anti-vibration device
