1. Equipment introduction

Automatic Steel Wire Brush Machine It has 6 steel brushes, one brush has two controllers, one control its downforce /pressure and another one control its speed. So one machine has 12 controllers. Our machine automatically control tension strength, which is constant. The steel brush has limit protection whatever above or below, so it will not cause overshoot. Speed following the speed of wire drawing machine, it is adjustable. The brush automatically return initial position once the equipment stop. Our steel brush has touch screen, automatically statistics brush consumption and display running data.   There are two set Suction filter device, it has two functions, one is reduce temperature of the inside machine, and another suck the dus which will  blow dust to the bottom collector per 30 minutes.
